Shipping Policy

  •  Free shipping available is applicable for order over $49.00 from within the contiguous U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) and other countries outside of the U.S. not applicable.
  • Local delivery is acceptable for order over $800 within a 50mile radius of our warehouse.
  • Local pick up for any orders & items are acceptable in lieu of pre-arranged shipping without handling charge.
  • All tires, tool boxes, steel wheels or others where marks local pickup only are not applied to Free shipping.

Return Policy

  • All Returns and Exchange must be requested within 30 days from the date your purchased was received.
  • All returns must be new, undamaged, unmounted with original box.
  • All Returns shipping paid by Buyer if there were not any wrong, missing item, shipping damage or other discrepancies.
  • Shipping fees and Handling fee will not be refunded.
  • all funds will be issue upon received of the return merchandise.
  • International shipment will not returnable and refundable.
  • Exchange based on item availability and if an item has been discontinued, we will refund the purchased price within 30 days.
  • Please report us immediately if any wrong, missing item, shipping damage or other discrepancies. All claim of said issues will not be honored after seven business days from the date you receive.
  • We are reserve the right to deduct 20% restocking fee if All returns are not shipped out within 7 business days you receive our RMA number.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA): A RMA and Item Number are required for all refunds and exchanges.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURE:

  1. Include a copy of the original invoice or a copy of the related email billing inside the returning package.
  2. The RMA and Item Number must be written outside of the returning package. Packages without the RMA and Item Number written outside of the package will be returned to sender unopened.
  3. Ship the returning item with tracking number.

Postmark must be within 7 business days you receive our RMA number

       DISCLAIMER: We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.

                                We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, We should shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
